Kids and youth are an important part of our community. From nursery through high school, we have programs on Sundays and throughout the week where young people learn about Jesus and grow together. We follow a safe church policy (PDF) to ensure every child is cared for and protected.
Sunday
Nursery (Babies – Age 5)
Our nursery is a welcoming space for babies to age 5, cared for by our volunteers. Your little ones can play and interact with other children while you enjoy the service.
Sunday School (Age 5 – Grade 5)
Sunday School is for kids ages 5 to grade 5 and takes place during the service.
Partway through, the pastor invites the kids to the front (if they’re comfortable) for a brief story or prayer. They then head to their classrooms with their teachers for songs, an age-appropriate Bible lesson, and a craft. Kids rejoin their parents during the closing songs of the service.
AREA68 (Grade 6-8)
On the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month, kids in grades 6–8 are dismissed to their own time of teaching and conversation. AREA68 is a space where caring leaders help tweens grow in their faith, explore their identity in Jesus, and prepare for full participation in the life of the church.
